Nannyshare is becoming a popular childcare alternative as the care is provided by a professional carer and the children are looked after in a home environment. It works best if families have similar schedules and similar parenting styles.

The benefit in nannyshare is a reduction in cost. Food - are you a parent who allows lollies everyday or on an occasional basis?

These are some of the issues you need to consider before you share a nanny with another parent. Nanny share will work if all the children are disciplined the same way, enjoy the same activities and have similar diets.

The benefit in hiring a mummy nanny is a reduction in cost. Your childcare cost is almost halved, cause the carer will bring along their child. They are paid from $8 per hour. You also will not have to worry about parenting styles, discipline, or activities as the professional carer will be caring for them the exactly the same way. You will also not have to worry about getting the child/children ready to be dropped off as with nannyshare.
