We also believe that child carers should be child care providers and not cleaners. Carers will only be expected to do housekeeping duties for the children. We know that parents understand that caring for children does not allow much spare time for other duties.

We also have a nanny club where the girls get together every month to attend parties, movie nights, home video and pizza nights, weekends away, ice skating, visit theme parks and even go-kart racing. For more information see below.

We are also happy to mediate between nannies and employers if there are any problems.

The Nanny Club

Welcome to our club where nannies meet and socialize with other like-minded carers.

The nanny club was setup by the owner Lara Slattery who experienced first hand that being a nanny and working every Friday and Saturday nights meant little or no time for a social life. Hence the club was born. The club runs activities at regular intervals throughout the year. Activities include night clubbing, movie nights, pool parties, go-kart racing & even weekends away. Any nanny, mothers helper, or babysitter who is currently on our books or who has been placed in regular employment can become a member. For up coming events click on events.

We are also launching a nanny playgroup where nannies and their charges can meet once a week at local parks. This is a great way for nannies to socialize with other nannies and creates a good opportunity for the children to meet other children. For upcoming Nanny playgroups click on playgroups.
